We give you all the documents of the lease contract after you signed, then you submit these to the OIA. It will take one or two weeks at least to finish all of the procedures, so please do not think you can move soon after deciding the room.

When you finish the fire insurance and other procedures, the OIA returns the approved documents to you. When you receive all the documents, please bring it to us again.

When a manager and an owner live near you, it is a good thought if you say hello and inform that you have moved in. If you build a good relationship with them, it might become easier to ask a favor in case of some trouble.
